Well that was a fun week for some people. A historic performance from the Dolphins saw a lot of fantasy players go off. Similar big games from the Bills, Texans, Chargers, Chiefs, and Vikings made for some great matchups and plenty of points to be had by fantasy managers. Let's take a look and see who capitalized.
In a lopsided matchup, STL House Centipedes crushed All 2 Whales with a score of 185.92 to 108.58. The victory was sealed early on Sunday, leaving All 2 Whales in the dust. With grades of D- and A+, it's clear who the real winner is here. Maybe All 2 Whales should consider some extra credit for next week? All 2 Whales' best player, D'Andre Swift, managed to beat his projection by 7.74 points, scoring 19.80 points. Meanwhile, Calvin Ridley couldn't quite live up to expectations, falling short of his projection by 9.77 points with a score of 7.00. On the other side, STL House Centipedes' star player, Davante Adams, went above and beyond, surpassing his projection by a whopping 29.81 points and scoring 47.20. However, not everyone on STL House Centipedes was a superstar. Matthew Stafford fell short of his projection by 6.04 points, scoring 16.46. STL House Centipedes' dominant performance has improved their record to 1-2-0, putting them in 8th place in the standings. Meanwhile, All 2 Whales' loss drops them to a 1-2-0 record and 10th place in the standings. It seems like STL House Centipedes is on the rise, while All 2 Whales might need to step up their game if they want to climb out of the bottom. Looking ahead, All 2 Whales will face off against The Dictatorship next week. After this week's disappointing performance, All 2 Whales should take some time to regroup and come up with a game plan to turn things around. As for STL House Centipedes, they will be going head-to-head with Captain Not-so-Morgan. Looking ahead to next week, The Dictatorship faces off against All 2 Whales and will hope to continue their momentum to secure another victory. This week's Weekly Challenge was Benchwarmers and was given to the team with the lowest bench score. Congrats to ICT FC who only left 11 points on the bench. Next week is Photo Finish and goes to the team with the smallest margin of victory. SMILF would have won that challenge this week with a 15 point margin of victory.
